• You will receive a kit in the mail for your custom mouth imprint, take your imprint and  return the kit.
• Once your kit has been returned it takes approximately 14 business days to process and return your custom PUGILIST® mouthguard.
• Cannot be used with orthodontic appliances / *If under 18, for use under parental supervision
• Full refund (minus shipping and handling) if impression kit is returned unopened.
• No refund is available after mouthguard has been fabricated or if impression kit has been opened.
• Shipping policy: Kits will be sent anywhere in the Continental US. Please call for orders in Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.
• Mouth Guards are designed to prevent mouth injuries and tooth loss and should be worn during all contact sport training and/or events.
